Domestic Delivery – Pakistan

Our dedicated courier services handle the shipping process for all local deliveries within Pakistan. Upon dispatch, our domestic clients receive a unique tracking ID to monitor their order’s journey. After placing an order, expect a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm your purchase. Failure to verify within 3 days (applicable to Cash on Delivery purchases) may result in automatic order cancellation. Verified orders are processed within 1-2 working days and typically reach you within 2-3 working days, accounting for any holidays affecting delivery times.

“Cash On Delivery” orders undergo telephonic verification, but Fatima Home Store reserves the right to process such orders without verification for eligible customers or during high-volume periods. Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders exceeding Rs.1000/- within Pakistan. For orders exceeding Rs.10,000/-, a 50% advance payment is required for successful delivery.

International Orders

International clients receive a tracking ID upon order dispatch, a sales invoice, and shipment notification via email. Additional charges for customs clearance or unforeseen price variations beyond our control are the customer’s responsibility.
